   Submission of Application

     1. Submit the following items via email(academy@hongik.ac.kr) by no later than

          November 4th, 2019 11:00AM (02:00 UTC)

        a) Application Form

        b) Curriculum vitae

        c) Brief statement of research (Thesis and publication / Exhibition and architectural design, if available)

     2. All the documents listed below should be submitted to the following address

        by no later than November 18th, 2019 either in person or via postal mail

        a) A copy of diploma(s) for each degree earned

        ※ The original copies will be required only in case of interview.

        b) Official transcript(s) for each degree earned

        c) Certificate of employment for all the jobs stated in the Curriculum Vitae

        d) A copy of all the portfolios stated in statement of research

        e) Two reference letters (or reference writers may send the letters directly via email)

        f) A copy of the first two pages of current passport (if available)

        g) A copy of both front and back sides of Alien Registration Card (if available)

     

    Please note that

    1) All the documents should be written either in English or in Korean (All documents written in languages other than Korean or English should be translated into Korean or English and attached to the original copies).

    2) Scanned copies of the documents sent by e-mail will NOT be accepted.

    3) Official transcript(s) will be returned after finishing evaluation, if requested.

    4) Hongik University may request for an apostilled (or notarized) Criminal Record Check after the employment
